Policy Statement 

It is the policy of Plant-A-Seed Educational Consulting, LLC, doing business as Arianna Howard Consulting Group (PAS), to maintain a working and learning environment that is free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, and bias. This commitment applies to employees, contractors, instructors, speakers, and learners involved in any PAS program or activity.

Program Access and Inclusion 

PAS is committed to providing inclusive and equitable access to all learning programs. Discrimination in the admission, participation, or treatment of learners in our programs is strictly prohibited. This policy applies to all aspects of educational event planning, instruction, and participation, whether virtual or in person. 

We ensure that activities and educational decisions are based solely on individual qualifications and not on personal characteristics unrelated to merit or ability. 


Accessibility 

PAS strives to ensure that all programs are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Upon request, we will make reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable laws to ensure equitable access to learning and employment opportunities.


Conduct of Instructors, Speakers, and Presenters 

All instructors, speakers, facilitators, and presenters involved in PAS events are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and uphold this policy. Discrimination or biased behavior based on gender, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression is strictly prohibited. 


Prohibited Behavior 

PAS prohibits any form of: 

  • Discrimination in employment or access to programs. 

  • Harassment, including sexual or racial harassment. 

  • Retaliation for filing complaints of discrimination or participating in investigations. 


These protections apply to all PAS-affiliated individuals, including learners, customers, contractors, and employees. 


Implementation and Enforcement 

This policy is distributed to all staff, instructors, and contractors and is reviewed annually. Alleged violations will be addressed promptly and confidentially. If a violation is confirmed, PAS will take corrective action, which may include removal from instructional or programmatic responsibilities, termination of employment, or denial of program participation.
